REGRESSION: jdb rejects the syntax catch java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException

      The debugger now requires uncaught or caught or all in the syntax
      for the catch command. This makes my existing .jdbrc files obsolete.
      This is a regression in 1.4.1.
