Description:

The following two registry keys have incorrect values after installing 1.4.2 mantis SDK/JRE.

To Reproduce:
1. Install Mantis SDK/JRE
2. Open registry editor (regedit.exe)
3. navigate to the keys in question.
4. They will have incorrect values
