Problem Description : Plugin Trace file naming convention should match JRE Version

Steps to reproduce :
---------------------

1.) Install the JRE 1.4.1_01 from
    /net/sqesvr/deployment3/1.4.1_01/JPI-PIT-01/bundles/solaris-sparc

2.) Invoke any applet using NS browser from the following URL
    http://sqesvr.sfbay.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_bat.html

Results :

1.) When JPI Console comes up it would display the Plugin version as 1.4.1
2.) Look for the trace file it would created as ".plugin141.trace"

Note : In windows the trace file is created as .plugin141_01.trace
