A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Numbers from SPECjbb2000 are horrendous when run with
concurrent collector.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1. Use a machine like an E420 with 4 CPUs.
2. Run SPECjbb2000. I set the command line args for java to
be -server -Xbatch -Xmx512M -Xms512M -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC


EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
I'd expect the score to be increase in a linear way until 4
warehouses (W) and then to level off.

Actual results:

The last three numbers are stupendously bad. -verbose:gc
doesn't indicate anything so I've no idea where the time is
actually being spent.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

CUSTOMER WORKAROUND :
Don't use the concurrent collector! Unfortunately, the
concurrent collector has been a primary driver for
upgrading to this release.
