Bug Description:
Unable to type traditional Chinese characters in a JTextArea.
Everything is okay with Java 1.3.1. and any Look and Feel. It occurs with
Java 1.4.1. (not tested with 1.4.0.), and with the Windows Look and
Feel only. It is okay with Metal and Motif Look and Feel.
Steps to Reproduce (be specific):
- Configurate Windows XP to support traditional Chinese characters and
Microsoft Intelligence Input Program.
- Choose either New Phonetic, Phonetic, Fast or New ChangJie, and more.
- Assign one of these methods to your keyboard
- Start the application(Taiwan.java), click on the "click here" area,
and try to input traditional Chines characters in the Text area.
