FULL OPERATING SYSTEM VERSION :ME, 98, 2000
A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I find java renders MingLui (default traditional
chinese font) improperly when font's size is smaller
than 12 points. Very ugly. Letter space is not
consistence & little bit up & down (by 1 pix).
The some default button is changed to bold type. And
swing & awt render MingLui for bold type smaller
than 12 points also very improperly.
Surprisingly, there is no problem for font in 12 point size.
REGRESSION. Last worked in version 1.4
