Problem Description : Cancel dialog box during installation should wait for user input
Tested_Java_Release : JI PIT 03 for 1.4.2 (mantis)
Tested_Build : J2SDK.exe
Tested_Build_Location : /net/sqesvr/deployment3/mantis/JPI-PIT-05/bundles/
Test_Location : JPI Control Panel
Tested_Machine_Name : lemonade 1
Testted O/S : Windows 2000 / NT

Steps to Reproduce :
--------------------
1.) During installation of J2SDK 1.4.2 on the target machine
2.) Accept the License Agreement
3.) Click Next on the Custom Setup Dialog box
4.) Click Install on the Browser registration dialog box
5.) It would say Installing j2sdk1.4.1
6.) Click 'Cancel' on the dialog box
7.) It would prompt for the user input "YES" or "NO"
8.) Wait for about 3-4 mints and you could see the installation process
happening without waiting for the user's input
8.) Select "YES"
9.) Now check the "Add Remove programs"
10.) J2RE 1.4.2 (only) would be installed.
Expected Result : It should wait for the user input before going ahead with the installation process.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
This problem is also found in the j2re.exe web bundle.
When setup is cancelled, the installer does not rollback fully. This is not the expected behaviour.
