Re Produced in: Win 2000 Pro, Windows 98, Win XP-Pro

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install mantis SDK/JRE on a clean machine
2. Run demos to make sure installation was successful
3. Downgrade Install hopper SDK/JRE
4. Run demos to make sure installation was successful
5. Uninstall mantis JRE.
6. java.exe & javaw.exe are not there in windows system directory.
there is no plugin control panel icon.

7. Java VM is set to MSVM even though there is a SUN VM present in the system.
