Specify IllegalArgumentException in the javadoc for KerberosKey class

      javax.security.auth.kerberos.KerberosKey(javax.security.auth.kerberos.KerberosPrincipal, char[], java.lang.String) can throw a runtime exception IllegalArgumentException. This is currently not specified in the javadoc with @throws tag.

      Note:

      1. This bug was detected and reported by Yun Ke at Oct. 25th 2002
      2. This bug was coming from JCK1.4a test suite which was FCSed at Oct. 10th 2002
