When right-clicking on the Java-Icon in the Windows Tray-
Bar a Menue opens with 4 Items:

Konsole Ã-ffnen
Java Info
Deaktivieren
Beenden

The first Item is wrong, it must be:

Konsole Öffnen

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
This concerns German language only.
If the Java console is closed and put into the taskbar (system tray) and you make a right click on he Java Console Icon the first line (to open the console) is displayed as "Konsole Ä-ffnen" instead of "Konsole öffnen".

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1.set Environment to German
2.set JRE environment to show Java console and put into
system tray if closed
3.start a program so that java console starts, click schließen to put it in system tray.
4. right click on icon

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
