Note, this bug refers to 1.4.2-beta-b05.
The glyphs for radio buttons and checkboxes in the new Windows XP look and feel are too big. For each of these components, there are a series of images in the .msstyles file of different sizes based on the DPI of the display. On my system, which uses the standard 96 DPI, the BLUE_CHECKBOX16_BMP resource is being used from luna.msstyles, however, the normalblue.ini theme file in luna.msstyles contains the following information:
--
ImageSelectType = Dpi ; choose src image by DPI of target DC (vs. theme DPI)
TrueSizeScalingType = Dpi
TrueSizeStretchMark = 50; start stretching when target exceeds source size by 50%
UniformSizing = true ; if you must stretch, do width & height equally
ImageFile1=Blue\CheckBox13.bmp
ImageFile2=Blue\CheckBox16.bmp
ImageFile3=Blue\CheckBox25.bmp
MinDpi1=96
MinDpi2=118
MinDpi3=185
--
the MinDpi1 property means that the XP laf ought to be using BLUE_CHECKBOX13_BMP instead.
