Bug refers to 1.4.2-beta-b05
The margin of JComboBox is not large enough in the new Windows XP look and feel - there ought to be visible whitespace between the selection rectangle and the border rectangle. In Java, the selection rectangle meets the border rectangle. This looks inconsistent with native Windows XP applications.
To see the difference:
o In Windows XP with the Luna / Blue style active, right click on the Desktop and choose Properties...
o In the Display Properties dialog, give focus to the Theme combo box.
o Notice that there is a two pixel wide border around the selection rectangle, inside the bounds of the component.
o Compare this with SwingSet. There is no space between the selection rectangle and the border.

This applies to the Classic L&F as well.
