RegTest CTE_REGTEST/Generic/4351939/Test4351939.sh test fails on Linux using JDK1.4.2-b05.

The test verifies that some swing .properties files are presented in the rt.jar.
In the build 05, these properties are presented as ListResourceBundle-based classes,
not as .properties files, so the test fails.
