Bug Description:
  Attempting to install j2sdk-1_4_2-beta-bin-b04-windows-i586-23_oct_2002.exe
  on an NT4(SP6a) machine and see the following problems:

  - it "sat there" for several minutes in "configuring windows installer" page
    (without redrawing) before pop up the click-through license page and
    "sat there" for serveral minutes in 'installing J2sdk 1.4.2" page
     without drawing status bar.

   - the initial installshield window near the bottom right corner of
     the screen is partially obscured by the taskbar.

   - the license text has word wrapping problems, every other line is
     only one word long.
