Problem Description : Upgrade Dirty install test fails on mantis j2re

Tested_Java_Release : PIT Build 08 for 1.4.2 (mantis)
Tested_Java_Release : Hopper FCS
Tested_Build : J2RE.exe
Tested_Build_Location : /net/sqesvr/deployment3/mantis/JPI-PIT-08/build3
Test_Location : Install Tests
Tested_Machine_Name : lemonade 1 , jdsqe-lab1 , dnm-101
Testted O/S : Windows XP, Windows 2000, WIndows 98
Tested_ Browsers : IE / NS
 
Steps to Reproduce :
--------------------

1.) Install the hopper j2re.exe from the above mentioned location
2.) Now make sure plug-in gets loaded, check the registries etc.
2.) Instal mantis pit08 j2re from the above mentioned location
3.) Now make sure plug-in gets loaded, check the registries.
4.) Now un-install mantis
5.) Check in the Add-Remove programs --> j2re 141 (hopper) should still exists.
6.) Now launch JPI demo, it would fail

Note :
* On windows XP home HK_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->Javasoft registry entries were
  deleted when mantis was un-installed
* On windows 98 & 2000 registry entries were not deleted.
