Warning Messages display when loading SwingSet2.java testcase in RedHat8.0 with zh_CN locale. (see details as follow)

Reproduce steps:
For Mantis PIT testing for build b08
(/net/jano.sfbay/export/disk12/i18n/ws/jdk1.4.2-PIT/binaries)
1) Loading SwingSet2 testcase
2) Warning Messages Display:
