When the RTL is set and JOptionPane is popped up with image icon on the left
and the message is on the right. It should be the opposit way.

To reproduce it:
1) compile and run the ConfirmDialogTest.java
2) select Motif lookandfeel.
3) click the button.

The JOptionPane popped up has the icon on the left side and the message is on the right.
