Start any Swing application with an active scroll bar ,An example is :

Swingset2 in <JAVA_HOME>/demo/jfc/SwingSet2 Directory

Go to HTMLdemo in Swingset2 , There would be an active scroll bar . Bring mouse over . In native Windows XP , the Scrollbar changes color on mouse over . In Swing applications it does not .
