Start any swing application with JFileChooser ( e.g. SwingSet2 in <JAVA_HOME>/de mo/jfc/SwingSet2 directory ) . Select the floppy drive from the drop down at the top with no floppy in the floppy drive.
Expected behavior : A dialog should pop up with appropriate error message and a button to retry
Observed behavior : No dialog pops up . JFilechooser behaves as if there is an empty floppy in the floppy drive.
