If jinstall is invoked, it will show warnings if the user does not have a supported platform, etc. Then it invokes the installer, which will show the same warnings. The user does not need to be told the same thing more than once. There should be an argument NOWARNINGS=1 that jinstall will pass to the installer, to tell it to suppress warnings like this.
