L&F : Windows XP

Start any Swing application with JSliders in it . An example of this is
Slider demo in SwingSet2 in <JAVA_HOME>/demo/jfc/SwingSet2 directory.

To reproduce :

Bring the mouse over the slider.

Expected :

The color of the sliders borders changes .

Observed :

The color does not change .

Also on clicking the JSlider handle , the color must revert back to original .
