Java Update is unable to launch the Update Installer when msi files are specified in the Java Update XML descriptor file.The "msi" file is sucessfully downloaded into the temporary directory , when the user chooses to install , security dialog pops up , when the user trusts to install , Java Update is unable to launch the Update Installer, Hen ce an Error message pops up.The same works when the URL in the XML descriptor file points to an setup.exe file.

Steps to Reproduce :
 --------------------

 1.) Install the mantis j2re.exe from the above mentioned location
 2.) Add an entry in the registry in the SOFTWARE/Javasoft/javaupdate
     UpdateServletURL http://javaweb.sfbay.sun.com/~sridhare/update/map.xml
 4) On Test Machine ,Java Control Panel -> update tab -> click on "Update Now"
     button.
 5) After Download is complete click on the Install Option from the Java Update
     icon on the windows taskbar.
 6) Java Update pops up a security dialog , click "yes" to trust
 7) Error message is shown with a message "Update Unable to Launch Installer"
