Interface names are italic in the "All Classes" list.

We should consider also making them italic when they appear in declarations
as field types, method return types, constructor and method parameter types,
@see and {@link} types, "Specified by" and "Override" types, exception types,
package and class inheritance trees, summary tables, index entries, etc.
