Doclet API: filename typo, broken link for "included" in ClassDoc.allClasses()

The first sentence of allClasses() in ClassDoc is:

Get all <a href="package-summary#included">included</a> classes and interfaces in the package.

The ".html" is missing -- it should be package-summary.html
