When I try to use java_g on windows-xp platform, the program just exit without
giving any output. Same thing happen on java_c.exe and some other tools under
$JAVA_HOME/bin directory.
3 WindowsXP machines in our LAB show the same result.
Here is how to reproduce the problem:
1. Install the latest mantis JDK on windows-xp platform
2. $JAVA_HOME/bin/java_g.exe -version
giving any output. Same thing happen on java_c.exe and some other tools under
$JAVA_HOME/bin directory.
