Build tested: j2sdk1.4.2 b09

Step to reproduce:

1) Install j2sdk1.4.2-b09 onto the system
2) Invoke HTMLConverter bundled with j2sdk1.4.2

let's say: C:\j2sdk1.4.2\bin\HtmlConverter.exe -gui (on win32)

3) Go to "Help" tab and click on "Help"

Here are documentation problems:

a) Java(tm) Plug-in HTML Converter Readme still mentions Version 1.4.1
(this version should be consistent with the version displayed in "Help"->About which is v1.4.2)

b) In "Help" section 7: "Generating a log file"
It says" ... Type in a path or browse to choose a folder". Since user has to specify the log file name NOT the folder or directory- otherwise, the log file can not be generated, it should specifically suggest users to enter the log file name.

c) In "Help" section 13: "Running HTML Converter"
Why don't we also mention the way users can invoke the HTMLConverter through GUI
