A common problem with the Java HotSpot Serviceability Agent is attempting to use
an incorrect version of the SA with a given VM. Additionally, it is extremely
useful to be able to recover the values of command-line arguments when
diagnosing customer crashes. ###@###.### has prepared a webrev which
exports the VM version and all flags to the SA. It does not change any code
paths in the product and should be put back for 1.4.2 to enable better
serviceability of this release.
