141_02: HtmlConverter has wrong copyright year

      The about dialog of HtmlConverter GUI says as follows:

      Java(tm) Plug-in HTML Converter v1.4.1_02-ea
      Copyright 2002 Sun Microsystems, Inc.

      However, this tool for this release will actually provide on 2003
      so we have to change "2002" to "2003".
