Netscape 4.77 is unable to load applet with JCK agent classes for JRE1.4.2-b10.
This bug is prevent running JCK tests in plugin mode.

Note the bug is not reproducible with JRE1.4.2-b07.

3. Set NPX_PLUGIN_PATH enviroment variable for plugin registering
4. Start Netscape with agent classes
