StateSaver and ThreadToNativeFromVM misused

      There are places in the vm that do a
      ThreadToNativeFromVM and then a StateSaver. This is a backwards order
      and can cause the VM thread to think that a stack (on sparc/ia64) is
      not walkable when it is.
