Dingbats characters can not be displayed on Font2DTest demo.

To reproduce;
1. Launch Font2DTest demo.
2. Select Dingbats from Range

Then, you can that no character is displayed.
This problem occurs with all drawing Methods

* This problem does not occur on RedHat 7.2 with b12.

* I re-named the font.properties.ja.Redhat7.3 file name to font.properties.ja.Redhat8.0 and tried Font2DTest demo again.
Then, Dingbats code are displayed correctly, though Warning messgaes are displayed as below.

Therefore, it seems that this problem occurs due to font.properties.ja.Redhat8.0's definition.

* This problem does not occur on RedHat Linux 8.0/ English locale/b12.
