A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Please provide a method in the class ResourceBundle to get
the base name of the Resource Bundle. This would be
applicable in the case where a missing resource exception
was thrown. In the catch, this method could be used to
identify in what resource bundle the object did not appear.
