Regression test basic.sh is failed on Windows2000 ja Prof due to java.lang.RuntimeExceptio.

*This problem does not occur on WindowsXP, WindowsME and Solaris.
 It seems that this occurs only on windows 2000.

*I confirmed that this problem is reproducible with not only b16, but also b14, 15.


As basic.sh is under java/nio dir, I filed Category/Subcategry as a
java/classes_nio.
If these are not properly, please change them.
