The startup view of HtmlConverter GUI looks strange.
Please see the attached images for more details.

htmlconv1.jpg:
  - Startup view, it already looks strange in the menu title and
    there is an extra space at the top of the tool window.
    And also the menus do nothing even clicking each menu title.

htmlconv2.jpg:
  - Selecting menu view, it's going to be selectable when clicking
    the space above an actual menu title.

htmlconv3.jpg has been removed from the attachment.
