From Mantis beta-b17, SCSL bundles have 2 separate bundles: one binary bundle and one source bundle. The build instructions need to be updated accordingly to reflect this change and tell customers they need to use both SCSL bundles to build J2SE:

build-windows-ia64.html

The document "build.html" has to specify about binary bundle included in the source bundles in the directory structure paragraph. That would be helpful for getting the source bundles ready for build.

We cannot make changes into build-<PLATFORM>.html because the same htmls are delivered into TLDA bundles as well.
