Problem Description : Multi-line Paragraph text ToolTip disappears on the second instance.

Steps to Reproduce :

1.) Install the test j2sdk1.4.2.exe from the above mentioned location
2.) Open the JPI Control Panel and enable the "Show Java in System Tray" icon
3.) Launch any Java applet
4.) Look for the Java icon in the system tray
5.) As per the specs On Win2K/ME/XP Multi-line Paragraph text ToolTip should
    be shown when the mouse is moved over the Java Icon in System Tray
6.) On the fist instance when the mouse is moved over the JPI icon in the system
    tray multi-line paragraph is shown, but when the mouse is moved on the
    second instance single line text is shown.
