For our distribution purposes (over 60,000 machines), we need a way to silently
uninstall the Java Plugin. It is not possible at present to uninstall and
reinstall the SDK1.3.1_0x plugin automatically if user interaction is to avoid.

Our major concern is for windows XP, but this would be a useful feature on all
platforms.
