/java/awt/print/PrinterJob/CheckPrivilege.java fails if no printers available

This test fails in the AWT nightly build/tests every night (Mantis+Tiger b01).
###@###.### thinks the problem is that we don't have a printer
hooked up, so there is no print service. She asked me to file a bug.
I think the machine it is running on is jdc.
