JDK 1.4.1_02 C1 crashes during compilation, on Sol8.
Attached is a standalone reproduceable test case (testcase_030603.tar) which
exhibits this problem (untar and run "ksh test_template.sh" to reproduce the
problem).
The hotspot error is as follows:
