Italian 98se is not localized. The installer is in English.
Once installed
the ControlPanel is in English along with the open/save file dialogs in
SwingTest, and the colour
and file choosers in the SwingSet application. This is in 1.3.1_08 build.

Install. jre1.3.1_08
Open the SwingSet application.
Select File or Colour Choosers from Menu
