Multibyte characters have an alignment problem in License_*.rtf

Multibyte characters have an alignment probelm in Liecense_*.rtf. Some of sentences are not broken perfectly. So, some words display on the next line (See attached images). Due to this problem, users are not able to read the liecense smoothly and the liecense dialog box are so ugly.
