A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
when the Java Plugin runs and i pree the right mouse boutton on the java symbol in the tasklist then Message "Konsole öffenen" ist printed as "Konsole Ä-ffen"

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
start a wbpage that use the java plugin

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
"Konsole öffenen"
"Konsole Ä-ffen"
