Problem Description : Custom Install text (1st line) disappears on Setup Type Dialog Box during J2RE Installation.

Tested_Java_Release : Deploymentl PIT Build 19 (build3) for 1.4.2 (mantis)
Tested_Build : J2RE.exe only
Tested_Build_Location : /net/sqesvr/deployment3/mantis/JD-PIT-19/windows-i586
Tested_Machine_Name : Windows XP(jd-sqe-lab2) / Windows 2000 (lemonade)

Steps to Reproduce :

1.) Install the j2re.exe on any windows machine
2.) After the License agreement Setup Type Dialog Box shows up,
3.) On the setup type dialog box click on Custom Install radio button or else
    click on the Typical description

Result : 1st Line of the Custom Instal description disappears.
