Problem Description : Browsers should be re-registerd by default when update release (1.4.2_01) is un-installed when 1.4.2 still exists.

Steps to Reproduce :
------------------
 
1. Install 1.4.2 beta build 19
2. Applets loads fine , fullversion verified
3. Update to 1.4.2_01 (using full bundle patched version)
4. Applets loads fine (dlls verified correctly built)
5. NS7,IE6,NS4.7x applets loads uses Plugin 1.4.2_01

6. Uninstall 1.4.2_01
7. Open the JPI Control Panel

Result :
1.) "NS6 or later" is not enabled (NS6 browser still exists on the system)
2.) IE browser will be enabled , eventhough IE is enabled applets will not load
    and requires to be re-registerd.
3.) NS 478 : try loading embed tag applet, applet will not be loaded as
    NPJP*.dll are not copied into Netscape/plugins folder.
