This bug is related to base team bug 4782947.
L10n will verify a select option for Mozillar browser on ControlPanel and make sure the string is localized well in each languages. This verification is only for windows platform.
How to check :
1. Install mantis SDK/JRE bundle.
2. After Installation, open java plugin control panel. In the browser tab there wont be any option to select/unselect mozilla 1.x browser.
3. Since this is option is provided during installation, it should also be there in the plugin control panel.
