After downgrade from 1.4.2_01 to 1.4.2, applet and object tags used diff jre.
Applet tag launching with 1.4.2 and object tag with 1.4.2_01. Plugin Control Panel registered with 1.4.2_01.
Tested_Java_Release : Deploymentl PIT Build 20 (build1)
Tested_Build : j2re1.4.2 and 1.4.2_01
Tested_Build_Location : /net/sqesvr/deployment3/mantis/JD-PIT-20/windows-i586

Steps to Reproduce :
1.) Install the j2re1.4.2_01.exe
2.) Install the j2re1.4.2.exe
3.) Try to launch applet tag in IE, it is launching using j2re1.4.2
4.) Try to launch object tag in IE, it is launching using j2re1.4.2_01
Upgrading process works fine
