        Tested_Java_Release : Deploymentl PIT Build 20 (build1)
        Tested_Build : 1.4.2_01
        Tested_Build_Location : /net/sqesvr/deployment3/mantis/JD-PIT-20/windows-i586
        Tested_OS : Windows 98/Windows 2000

        Steps to Reproduce :

        1.) Install the j2re1.4.2_01.exe by default
        2.) Uninstall the j2re1.4.2_01.exe
        3.) Directory structure in /Program Files/Java/ not removed
