The second text field in demo/applets/ArcTest is supposed to be used as the endpoint angle
of the arc to be drawn but instead is treated as the angular length of the arc. This value
is displayed as "E: xxx" which very probably means 'End'.
This can confuse novice users and can be misinterpreted as a bug.
