Open/save file Dialog unlocalized in Mantis Build 19

The Open/Save AWT dialogs are unlocalized in Solaris 7 and
Linux 7.2
The installed builds are
j2re-1_4_2-beta-bin-b19-solaris-sparc-24_mar_2003.sh
and j2re-1_4_2-beta-bin-b19-linux-i586-24_mar_2003-rpm.bin
The locales were Swedish (sol 7) and Italian (linux 7.2)
