core.cab file for iftw should be split up into 5 cab files, to improve progress

        The jc142000.cab file is the jre cab file that contains all of the core components of the jre. It is downloaded in all scenarios (besides java update). There is an installshield bug where it does not update the progress bar during the download of the cab file. It only updates the progress bar when the download for each cab file is finished. So if users have a slow connection, it may appear to be hung up during the 5MB core.cab download.

        The temporary fix is to break up the cab file into about 5 1MB cab files. That will provide better progess feedback to the user.
